Here’s what you need to know!
Accounting/Payroll Specialist
Location: On-site
Compensation: Starting at $60K (dependent on experience)
Full-time
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the biweekly full-cycle payroll process
- Perform accurate and timely reconciliation of bank statements
- Assist with fixed assets, generating financial reports and statements related to bank reconciliation, fixed assets, and payroll
- Work cooperatively with a team and management
What you'll need to be considered:
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- At least 3 years of related accounting/payroll work experience
- Experience processing payroll for 500 employees
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
What could set you apart from the rest:
- Fixed asset experience
- Multi-state payroll processing experience
- UltiPro/UKG software experience
