Kahnem is partnering with a high-growth startup making it easier for thousands of small businesses, accountants, and bookkeepers to manage their books. Our partner is backed by leading tech investors like Y-Combinator.
The company is looking to hire several Sales Development Representatives to continue to expand its sales team and accelerate customer acquisition.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a critical role in driving the early growth of the company. In this role, you will:
Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and other engagement strategies.
Execute personalized and creative outreach to engage leads and book meetings.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaigns and feedback from leads, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system. Monitor outreach performance, experiment with messaging, and implement best practices to improve conversion rates.
Job requirements:
Previous experience in sales/business development in anything. Regardless of what you were selling, you will need to demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships over the phone or via email. Professionalism.
Basic understanding of sales methodologies and prospecting techniques. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
Learning agility and willingness to make cold phone calls. Resilience and ability to handle rejection. Ambition and competitiveness.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position is listed above. The posted range represents the typical compensation range for this role. To determine actual compensation, Kahnem’s client will review the market rate of each candidate which can include a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and location.
