What are the responsibilities and job description for the Health Equity Coordinator position at Kaleida Health?
Under the direction of the Health Equity Manager, will work to create a culture and commitment to improve health inequities and successfully execute health equity programming through Kaleida Health. The Health Equity Coordinator will advocate for and educate the workforce on health equity and the social determinants of health. In partnership with the Health Equity Manager, they will be responsible for health equity program development, as well as program evaluation. The position will involve both internal and external program components, including implementation of our equity action plans in various partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in public health, social work, psychology, administration or a related field required. 2 years of experience working on health equity efforts and doing community-based work required. Experience using data, reporting, and/or tools to measure performance. Experience with building community groups and advisory boards. Experience in DEI initiatives. Experience utilizing project management methodologies preferred.
