Primary Responsibilities:
- Assists the Quality Department in developing, implementing, and documenting quality standards and procedures.
- Supports departments to help improve quality, equipment, and inspection of products.
- Provides reports and analysis of non-conformances to include root cause and corrective action.
- Collaborates with customers and suppliers on quality improvement both internally and externally.
- Facilitates training of the Quality System to production employees.
- Documents and analyzes information for product and process improvement.
- College degree in technical field and 3 years ISO/QS or equivalent experience.
- Understands statistical process control.
- Comprehends and grasps blueprint reading.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- High level of organization, with the ability to multitask and meet several deadlines at once.
- Ability to learn and apply new knowledge/skills.
