Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. This role is 8am-5pm each Thursday. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the organization.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Assist with filing and maintaining records, both physical and electronic.
- Provide administrative support including managing correspondence, preparing documents, and handling office supplies.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation and spreadsheets as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills is essential; experience with computerized systems is highly desirable.
- Strong typing skills and knowledge of Google Suite applications are beneficial for this position.
