Administrative Assistant

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour

Job Summary:
An entry-level Bilingual (Spanish/English) Administrative Assistant is needed for a leading company in the recycling industry. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations. You will be responsible for processing paperwork, data entry, and customer communication. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and team.
  • Process paperwork and perform data entry.
  • Collect and process customer payments.
  • Communicate with customers in both Spanish and English to assist with inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as filing, organizing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Perform clerical tasks to support daily operations.
  • Handle special assignments and other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage administrative duties and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities with a focus on professionalism.
  • Understanding of basic office tasks and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
