Temp-Hire Position - 2nd SHIFT
Monday-Friday, 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Local center currently has a position available for Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a team environment, working with flight crews and passengers. The “CSR” is the face of the company, and they oversee the entire customer experience from the first phone call, until they depart our facility. They also promote and sell the company’s services and products while handling and coordinating customer service requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Job Duties
- Process customer purchases and fuel transactions in accordance with procedures.
- Ensure that all documentation, receipts, transactions, accounting records, etc. are accurately completed, processed, and forwarded to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain working knowledge of facilities, services, website, surrounding areas, and other information commonly required by the FBO’s customers.
- Maintain the appearance of the interior facility and replenishing complementary beverages, snacks, apparel and supplies, as needs demand.
- Communicate with customers via telephone, face to face, e-mail, Unicom/air to ground radio.
- Receive service orders and direct line service personnel as appropriate to accomplish service requests.
- Assisting with current weather information if needed.
- Recommend improvements in standards, administrative procedures, facilities, methods, and practices to the appropriate management personnel.
- Enforce good housekeeping practices through daily inspections of assigned areas for cleanliness, neatness, and compliance with specified practices.
- Respond to vendor, customer, and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Ideal candidates will:
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in computer operations - Internet, Outlook, Word, Excel. Quickbooks experience a plus.
- Be passionate about going the extra mile to service our customers.
- Knowledge of radio procedures and protocols preferred but not required.
- Have previous experience in line service or equivalent.
- Prior hospitality experience preferred.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Handle and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
- Possess and maintain valid state drivers’ license.
- Ability to perform light to medium lifting as necessary.
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
