Description
LTM is seeking an HR administrator responsible for duties, including payroll, recruiting and staffing, training, labor relations, employment benefits and organizational development. HR administrator works closely with managers and employees to resolve employee issues..
Other duties include administering compensation programs, enforcing corporate policies and procedures, and monitoring organizational growth. Additionally, the HR administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and HR data, create HR documents, onboarding guides, process benefits for employees, help employees with HR-related issues and concerns and supports HR project and social events.
