Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Greet and assist customers and visitors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic).
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Process paperwork related to vehicle sales, service, and finance (if applicable).
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
- Data entry and database management.
- Communicate effectively with various departments within the dealership (sales, service, finance, etc.).
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role (automotive experience is a plus).
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus (specify if you use a particular system like CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, etc.).
Expected hours: 24 per week
