What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Assistant position at Managed Staffing, Inc.?
As an Interviewer, you are to perform the following tasks and related activities as they are assigned:
-Have reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
-Operate and drive a study vehicle (up to 30 feet in length) during field data collection shifts.
-Understand and be willing to maintain the flexible, part-time nature of the position (requiring availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends and mornings).
-Keep all project materials secure and organized.
-Be comfortable approaching, calling, and visiting participant homes for recruitment and data collection.
keep all scheduled appointments to meet with participants at the agreed upon location/time.
-Facilitate questionnaires using tablets (ACASI survey).
-Maintain regular communication with Field Coordinator, and ongoing consistent communication with other interviewers and the data manager.
-Adhere to all research privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures.
-Transfer/deliver labs, data and other project supplies as instructed at training.
-Record and submit time sheets by due dates.
-Attend and complete full initial Interviewer training and "booster" training sessions.
-Accurately and legibly label and complete all forms and receipts associated with completing a participant visit.
