The Concierge is a member of the Integrated Operations Network responsible for creating a seamless and positive experience for future residents. The Concierge oversees lead management for a small pod. This role focuses on the phone and digital side of future resident communication, serving as an expert informational resource on our communities, amenities, and surrounding neighborhoods.

The ultimate goal of the Concierge is to qualify potential future residents for a tour of the community. providing lead management and handling resident relations for all MT Properties.


The Work You'll Do

  • Virtually serve as the virtual "face" of Mark-Taylor by pursuing future residents via phone, email, and Union interactions to guide them through their leasing journey.
  • Generate a seamless and positive experience for future residents that reflects Mark-Taylor's high brand standards.
  • Act as an expert informational resource about our communities including features, amenities, surrounding neighborhoods, and leasing processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to future residents by answering questions and providing recommendations.
  • Confirm validity of future resident leads.
  • Assists community leasing teams to create a positive leasing experience through additional duties as needed.


The Skills You'll Bring

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a customer facing role in hospitality or property management
  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Union, Henri, and Onsite familiarity is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bi-lingual (English-Spanish) is especially desirable
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to pick up on new concepts quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and independently.


Work Environment

  • The Concierge schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm for the first 30 days then during training. Beyond the first 30 days, the schedule is Tuesday - Saturday.
  • This is a hybrid work from home and corporate on-site position after a 90 day training period in office. As a member of the Integrated Operations Network, you will work closely with a strong team of leasing professionals at Mark Taylor Communities within your pod and other members of the Integrated Operations Network.
