We are a fast growing property management company looking for a bookkeeper with experience in Quickbooks or other Property Management platforms. Virtual office setting. This individual must live on Maui. We are looking for someone to work 5 hours per day M-F.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation and maintain the general ledger in accordance with GAAP.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial reporting and journal entries.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and payroll processing as required.
- Collaborate with property management teams to provide financial insights and support.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with tax-related tasks as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
