We are seeking a well-rounded Director of Manufacturing Operations who will be pivotal in overseeing and enhancing our USA manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the company's manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, supply chain, ERP systems, and Human resources leadership. This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team, implement strategic initiatives, and drive growth within the organization with full P&L responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Strategy: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the manufacturing plants, aligning with company goals and objectives.
2. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Maintain robust control of overhead costs.
3. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure our products meet or exceed industry standards.
4. Supply Chain Management: Optimize supply chain processes, inventory management, and procurement to meet production demands while minimizing costs.
5. Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
6. Budget Management: Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, monitoring and controlling expenses.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
8. Customer Focus: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to meet customer demands and maintain high customer satisfaction. Monitor and establish competitive product prices while delivering expected margins.
9. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall strategic plan.
10. Ability to understand financial reports, manage cash flow, and all aspects of business operations
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Mechnical, Industrial engineering combined MBA preferred.
2. Proven 10 experience in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing company, ideally as an operations director, or general manager./Vice President.
3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
4. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Experience in providing strong customer support and service and the ability to work with the sales and marketing team.
7. Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive company growth.
10. Demonstrated commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
11. Ability to effectively use ERP and Computer applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
