PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The Marketing Assistant will support the email and promotions teams, providing valuable assistance in executing marketing activities. The assistant will gain hands-on experience in executing campaigns and ensuring brand consistency while contributing to both daily operations and long-term strategies.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Create and manage discount coupons for promotions using internal software, verifying accuracy and securing timely implementation.
- Generate and distribute weekly inventory reports, identifying and reporting any issues that may impact on the promotions calendar.
- Input and track promotional details in project management software, to guarantee smooth and efficient execution across multiple calendars.
- Help review and approve creative assets for promotions and email campaigns, ensuring they meet brand standards and guidelines.
- Communicate with offshore teams to verify product and discount details, confirming coupons are accurate and meet quality assurance standards.
- Assist in proofreading email campaigns and promotional copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand messaging.
- Assist in analyzing the performance of promotions, identifying insights and recommending improvements for future initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience using ClickUp is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
