Description
- Lead all phases of ground-up retail and grocery store construction projects.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client relations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Mentor project teams, including APMs, supers, and field staff.
- Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership on strategic project decisions.
Profile
- 8 years of experience managing ground-up retail/grocery store projects, $10M .
- Strong understanding of sitework, core & shell, and retail interiors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
- Local experience in the tri-state area preferred.
