Milton Hershey School is searching for a dedicated and caring couple to join our residential team as Houseparents. In this significant role, you will play a pivotal part in creating a supportive environment for students from difficult backgrounds by residing on campus and actively participating in their daily lives.

We are seeking a couple with a deep understanding of family dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think critically. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old and possess a valid driver's license, as well as the ability to become certified to drive student vans. A minimum of two years of marriage is required, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent for both spouses.
