Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents. As a Flex Houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students in our on-campus student homes. You will guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.

About the Role
As a Flex Houseparent, you will:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students
- Oversee daily activities and ensure student well-being
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive environment
- Drive student home vans and perform various tasks related to student care
Requirements
To be successful as a Flex Houseparent, you and your spouse must:
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be legally married for at least two years
- Be age 27 or older
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Limitations on pets; only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
