At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking married couples to join our team as Youth Development Specialists. As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will provide guidance and support to at-risk youth in a family-like environment.
This is a unique role that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing home for students, managing daily household operations, and providing transportation and medication administration.

Salary and Benefits
- $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple)

- Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off; workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school
