Our MityLite brand is looking for a highly adaptable and innovative leader to join our team as a Hospitality Sales Director in our Orem, UT location! In this role, you will manage and lead a sales team, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets.
This is a Monday – Friday position in office 8am-5pm with up to 25% travel involved.
Responsibilities
Our MityLite brand is looking for a highly adaptable and innovative leader to join our team as a Hospitality Sales Director in our Orem, UT location! In this role, you will manage and lead a sales team, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Build and maintain relationships with key hospitality clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Attend tradeshows, customer meetings and events
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management
- Strong leadership skills, ability to manage and inspire a sales team
- Excellent analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
- Demonstrated success in driving business development initiatives
- Experience in outside sales, national/key account management
- Knowledge of hospitality industry is a must
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 or other CRM software
