Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist at Mordue Moving & Storage office in Peoria, IL. The role involves managing the company's accounts receivable and payable, including processing payments, managing invoices, reconciling accounts and improving processes. The Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist is expected to contribute to the company by ensuring accuracy in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles, staying abreast of trends, and identifying areas of opportunity for cost savings.
Qualifications
- A degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of Accounts Receivable/Payable experience
- Experience with accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organized approach to work and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Be available from 8am-5pm
