Compensation:

Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from$130,000 to $150,000,commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:

The role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on a wide range of litigation tasks, including:

• Conducting legal research
• Drafting motions and legal memoranda
• Representing clients in courts and trials
• Conducting depositions
• Briefing and arguing appeals
• Providing legal counsel on complex insurance coverage matters
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions
• Experience with trials, depositions, and appellate briefing
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving expertise
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Top-level academic credentials (generally in the top third of law school class)
• Admission to the New Jersey and New York bars (additional jurisdictions are a plus but not required)
