We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks within Human Resources and Payroll. This includes administering health and welfare plans, processing required documents through payroll and insurance providers, and maintaining accurate records. Your strong organizational and communication skills will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations.
- Welcome guests as the first point of contact for all visitors while maintaining the front desk.
- Maintain and answer all incoming calls directing them to the appropriate party.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
- Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and conduct investigations as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- One to two years HR related experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
