Nexeo HR is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager. In this role you will play a key part in coordinating company and contract manufacturing processes, managing inventory procedures, and ensuring accurate data entry for raw materials. Responsibilities
• Coordinate company and contract manufacturing processes to ensure seamless operations.
• Assemble and maintain batch product records for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform inventory management tasks, including tracking raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Accurately enter inventory data into systems using purchase orders, receiving records, and production sheets.
• Assist with month-end inventory reconciliation by verifying finished products and resolving discrepancies.
• Procure packaging materials and office supplies as needed.
• Manage outbound shipments, ensuring products are properly packaged, labeled, and meet shipping requirements.
• Communicate shipment details to the warehouse, including special handling, packaging, or relabeling needs.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and greet visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Complete and file accident reports (e.g., First Report of Injury, OSHA logs) and follow up with appropriate agencies.
• Contribute to team and individual efforts to achieve annual departmental goals.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1–2 years of experience in production and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Training in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact with teams, vendors, and clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay
$19.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday
