Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Level 3 Helpdesk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of prior experience in managed services (MSP), cybersecurity, and Microsoft Azure. This role requires a genuine passion for technology, a commitment to integrity and honesty, and an eagerness to continually learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managed Services Management: Oversee and maintain client IT environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of systems and services.
- Cybersecurity: Implement and manage security measures to safeguard client data and systems. Regularly assess and address vulnerabilities and security threats.
- Microsoft Azure: Administer and support Azure cloud environments, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting of Azure resources.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide timely updates, and resolve issues with professionalism and clarity.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Proactively recommend and implement enhancements to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share knowledge, solve complex problems, and achieve collective goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in a managed services environment, with a strong background in cybersecurity and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a drive to stay current with industry advancements.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security , ISC2, Microsoft Certified: Azure).
- Experience with other cloud platforms and technologies.
- Knowledge of scripting or automation tools.
