Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Level 3 Helpdesk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of prior experience in managed services (MSP), cybersecurity, and Microsoft Azure. This role requires a genuine passion for technology, a commitment to integrity and honesty, and an eagerness to continually learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managed Services Management: Oversee and maintain client IT environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of systems and services.
  • Cybersecurity: Implement and manage security measures to safeguard client data and systems. Regularly assess and address vulnerabilities and security threats.
  • Microsoft Azure: Administer and support Azure cloud environments, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting of Azure resources.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide timely updates, and resolve issues with professionalism and clarity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Proactively recommend and implement enhancements to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share knowledge, solve complex problems, and achieve collective goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a managed services environment, with a strong background in cybersecurity and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a drive to stay current with industry advancements.
  • Integrity and Honesty: Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and transparency in all professional interactions.
  • Willingness to Learn: An eagerness to embrace new challenges and continuously expand your skill set.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in cybersecurity principles and best practices, as well as extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, including services like virtual machines, networking, and storage solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in an accessible manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security , ISC2, Microsoft Certified: Azure).
  • Experience with other cloud platforms and technologies.
  • Knowledge of scripting or automation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
