What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Associate-Real Estate position at NY Owner and Manager-Apartment Buildings?
Reporting directly to our Operations Manager, we are seeking an administrative associate to complete the following responsibilities:
- Communicating with tenants to coordinate inspections by clearing e-mails and phone messages.
- Communicating with field staff to help with inspection scheduling.
- Communicating with tenants to gain entry for scheduled work whether for internal staff or outside vendors.
- Communicating with field staff to coordinate material orders.
- Communicating with field staff to arrange for entry into apartments for scheduled work.
- Communicating with vendors to:
i. initiate materials orders.
ii. address issues/problems with receipt of materials.
iii. coordinate work dates in tenant apartments.
iv. receive/process required paperwork
- As required and in coordination with Operations Manager and Office Intern, completing NYC violations paperwork with respect to repair issues.
- Entering vendor invoices pertaining to the supplies and work covered under the above work responsibilities.

vi. speak Spanish.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
