What you will be doing: As a Seasonal Sales Administrative Assistant, you will be assisting our Account Management Team. The Sales Admin will assist with a variety of needs such as processing orders, organizing and filing completed orders, forward samples, arrange shipping and updating clients, maintaining the customer database and preparing sales campaign information and documentation.
Our ideal candidate for the Sales Administrative Assistant will be one who is passionate, extremely professional and understands the importance of building brand value.
All about the $$: Hourly base pay is $14/hour PLUS if you complete the season with us (12/23/24), you could earn up to an additional $2 for every hour worked for our retention and attendance bonus! $1 is paid out weekly for the attendance bonus and an additional $1 will be paid out for every hour worked at the end of the season.
What is my schedule: We are offering onsite and remote positions! Typical schedule is Monday - Friday 8a to 5p.
Training Schedule (Paid): You must be able to participate in the first 2 weeks of training based on the schedule below.
- Week 1: Tuesday - Friday, 9a to 3p
- Week 2: Monday - Friday, 9a to 3p

Requirements & Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of two years in a customer service or sales support role
- Strong computer, communication and organizational skills
