Hire, train, coach and develop the right talent for the restaurant.
Upholds the highest food quality and guest service standards while developing marketing acumen.
Ability to understand sales growth, cost management, and profit growth.
Ensure food safety, maintain product inventory and develop the culinary skillset to prepare all entrees at the highest level.
Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and apply knowledge of all policies, procedures and practices
Always demonstrates great customer service.
Meet all restaurant and customer service objectives.
Requirements:
Two or more years restaurant experience, some management included.
Minimum of 18 years of age.
English fluency (Bi-lingual a plus)
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
ServSafe Certified (or will train to become certified)
