The Administrative Assistant provides administrative/secretarial support to a Vice President. Coordinates meetings, calendars and communications. Performs many routine duties such as creating documents, meeting minutes, time coding, work orders and ordering supplies. Initiates and manages special projects. Displays a high degree of independent judgment and self-direction. |
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent GED. Two years secretarial or business school; or the equivalent in experience and job knowledge. |

Minimum of 2 years experience in a secretarial/administrative assistant job. PC experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. |
Must be able to type 60 wpm. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. |
