Key Responsibilities:
- Establish rapport with clients to effectively resolve account issues.
- Leverage working knowledge of medical billing terminology to manage collections.
- Resolve payer denials by interpreting and addressing issues efficiently.
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy in collections and account management.

- Standard business hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:
