Placers Professional is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support and grow with our respected non-profit client in Dover DE. This full-time position is a Direct Hire to the client and is on-site 5 days a week with flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Support to Executive and Board: Manage calendars, prepare for meetings, take and prepare meeting minutes, maintain records, and oversee board and council communications including updating Social Media and website using Adobe InDesign Suite or similar software. Handle expense reporting and other administrative tasks as needed.
Support to Executive Board: Maintain board records, registrations, certifications, and databases. Coordinate board communications, schedules, and meeting preparations. Record minutes for all official board and executive committee meetings.
Marketing and Communications Expertise: Skilled in some content creation, social media management, and scheduling posts on Facebook along with other social media platforms. Proficient in email marketing using Mailchimp and website updates. Experienced in light graphic design with Adobe InDesign Suite or equivalent software.
Research and Reporting: Conduct research and prepare detailed reports as required.
Confidential Record Maintenance: Safeguard personnel and legal records, ensuring confidentiality.
Office Administration: Plan and coordinate office services, ensuring efficient use of resources and equipment.
Supervision: Supervise and evaluate the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.
Additional Assignments: Undertake tasks necessary for the council’s successful operation.
Requirements:
- 5 years of recent experience as an Executive Assistant
- Adobe InDesign Suite or equivalent software for marketing responsibilities
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- High personal and professional standards with a polished professional demeanor.
- Management experience of 1 support person.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to process high volumes of work accurately and efficiently.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary : $60,000 - $63,000
