- Operate various heavy equipment like dozers, front-end loaders, excavators, backhoes and other related equipment.
- Safely and proficiently load trucks with front-end loader.
- Follow MSHA/OSHA safety procedures.
- Thorough pre and post trip inspection of the equipment.
- Safely and efficiently operate the equipment to prevent accidents and damage of property.
- Must be willing to assist with hand work (manual labor)

What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years’ experience in the construction industry operating heavy equipment and grade work.
- Experience operating and maintaining screen plants is preferred.
- Commercial driver’s license is a plus.
- A self-starter who can 1) work independently, diligently and responsibly with minimal supervision 2) work as a member of a team 3) manage their time wisely 4) multi-task 5) meet a deadline.
- Have basic mechanical working knowledge of heavy equipment to perform minor repairs on the equipment and then report larger repairs to the appropriate parties.
- Strong work ethic, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and able to stand or kneel and work in dirty, wet or undesirable weather conditions for long periods of time.
- The ability to represent the company in a professional and ethical manner.
What We Offer:
- $26.75 to $36.75 per hour.
- Day Shift – Monday through Friday
