Role Description
This is a full-time role located on-site in our corporate office in Cedar Springs, MI. The role focuses on accounts payable for over 60 properties. Strong attention to detail is key in this role as processes for coding bills, keeping track of specialized bank accounts, and working with accounting software require meticulousness.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and payments by property
- Enter invoices into accounting software
- Print and process checks for mailing
- File paid invoices
- Research paid invoices
- Generate financial statements and reports
- Verify expense reports
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Be a positive ambassador for Red Oak Management
Qualifications
- Preferred billing, coding, or accounts payable experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Find satisfaction in repetitive work.
- Ability to stay on task and focused in a busy office environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Proficient in bookkeeping principles.
