Benefits Administration & HR Strategy
- Assist with the daily administration of health & welfare benefits, gaining hands-on experience in benefits processing and compliance.
- Support benefits analysis, billing, and accounting procedures, learning critical financial and operational aspects of benefits management.
- Participate in wellness initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs that promote associate well-being.
- Gain exposure to HR transformation strategies, focusing on process improvements and efficiencies.
- Assist with HR Group Services and Payroll Solutions projects, supporting system enhancements and operational excellence.
- Learn HR Change Management processes, focusing on best practices for implementing and communicating HR initiatives.
- Contribute to change management initiatives including company-wide communication, learning and development programs, and HR technology updates.
