This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Research Products International (RPI) in Mount Prospect, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate customer records.
