We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in managing daily operations. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and paper documents.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, typing correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Utilize Google Suite applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Ensure that office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained in good working order.
- Support the team with time management by prioritizing tasks effectively.
Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite applications.
- Proficient in Word, Excell, Google Sheets, and docx.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of Social Media is preferable but not required.
- Experience with calendar management and clerical duties is highly desirable.
- Real Estate Knowledge is a plus(Not required). A willingness to learn is desirable.
