Located in Totowa, New Jersey, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be a long-term contract / temporary position.Your responsibilities in this role- Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling- Produce full-cycle A/P- Assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks- Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs- Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it- Help with internal and external audits as required- Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Execute additional tasks as needed
