The role we are seeking to fill is that of an Accounts Payable Specialist. The chosen candidate will be tasked with duties in line with account coding, accounting software systems, accounting functions, and accounts payable, among other responsibilities. Responsibilities:• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely and efficient manner• Ensure the maintenance of precise customer credit records• Resolve customer inquiries proactively and professionally • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required • Assist in the execution of accounting functions, including the preparation of journal entries• Utilize Oracle and other accounting software systems to streamline processes• Handle account coding and general ledger entries• Participate in the month-end close process, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.The salary range for this position is $23 to $26/hr.
