Responsibilities
- Manage and handle employment inquiries efficiently
- Oversee the administration of health insurance and 401K plans
- Process customer credit applications with precision and speed
- Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy
- Download and manage reports using Microsoft Excel
- Handle unemployment claims in a timely manner
- Perform detailed analysis of data and information
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients
- Carry out full cycle payroll tasks with due diligence
- Ensure data entry tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
- Proficiency in managing full cycle payroll operations is essential
- Demonstrated ability in providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to conduct detailed analysis, interpreting data and making informed decisions
- Knowledge of standard HR practices and procedures
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
