We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator at our Lenexa, Kansas location. Operating within the industry, the Payroll Administrator will be instrumental in managing payroll data for our team, specifically focusing on manually preparing tax forms and ensuring accurate payroll records.Responsibilities:• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of W-2 and 941 Payroll tax returns.• Conduct thorough reviews of payroll data generated from QuickBooks.• Manage the processing of company payroll data, maintaining meticulous records.• Actively participate in the manual splitting of payroll data between new and old company FEIN numbers.• Utilize skills in Form 1099, Payroll Taxes, and W2 to handle payroll related tasks efficiently.• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to payroll data.• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance while handling sensitive payroll information.• Collaborate with the team to ensure all payroll tasks are completed within the required timeframe.
