- Transaction Recording: Post daily cash or credit card transactions to accounting systems and perform account reconciliations as needed.
- Investment Operations: Track and settle purchases and sales of publicly traded securities, ensuring precise record-keeping.
- Schedule Maintenance: Manage insurance policies, property tax schedules, active entities, and account updates.
- Tax Payments: Process and submit property tax payments semi-annually.
