Warranty Administrator Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain warranty documentation during service department repairs
• Accurately process warranty claims for external and internal repair orders
• Follow up on any outstanding claims
• Manage Porsche loaner fleet
• Hold the service department accountable for timely repairs and correct documentation
  
  

Warranty Administrator Qualifications

• 1 years of data entry and/or administrative experience preferred
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Self-starter with developed analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent computer skills; Experience in Google Platform and Microsoft Office Suite
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with external entities and company personnel
• Able to work under pressure and prioritize in a fast paced environment
