Contracts Analyst/Negotiator/Counsel

Hourly Pay: $70 to $75 W2

Location: Austin, TX, 78727 (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months Contract until Mar 2026

Description:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial sales agreements with precision and attention to legal and business risks.
• Ensure alignment with applicable commercial legal principles and company policies.
• Manage diverse contractual issues simultaneously while maintaining a structured approach.
• Facilitate global cross-functional reviews, ensuring a collaborative and efficient contract negotiation process.
• Support the development, approval, and management of contract templates.
• Provide strategic guidance on contract lifecycle processes, leveraging automation tools where applicable.
• Assist in refining sales agreements, document review, and responding to internal requests for contract development support.
• Conduct contract education sessions and provide guidance on standardized language, templates, and processes.
• Track and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial sales agreements.
• Education: BA/BS required; MBA or Paralegal certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of applicable commercial legal principles.
• Exceptional contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Ability to be persuasive while maintaining positive business relationships.
• Experience supporting global, consumer, enterprise, education (bids, reps/certs review), government, or health & wellness agreements is a plus.
• Project management experience, including delivering on objectives, timelines, and milestones.
