$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, and entertainment.
- Develop event timelines and manage scheduling to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare budgets and track expenses to ensure events are executed within budget.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations for each event.
- Research and select venues and vendors that align with the client's vision and budget.
- Manage on-site operations during events to ensure smooth execution and address any issues that arise.
- Gather feedback from clients and attendees post-event to assess success and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful events.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and vendors.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
