Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Sanchez Fischer Levine, LLP, a commercial litigation law firm. As the first point of contact for our Miami Office, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individual
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and order entry
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Manage the company's phone system and ensure calls are routed efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in personal assistant or administrative roles is a plus
