We are currently looking for a Full-Time Supportive Services Supervisor to help support our mission.
Overview: This position provides supervision of up to 6 full-time employees and adheres to Santa Maria’s supervision standards and guidelines. This position is responsible for maintaining internal and external partnerships and data collecting and reporting that will directly lead to achieving program and agency outcomes.
This position pays $27.57 per hour.
Essential Functions: Provide direct supervision weekly of up to 6 full-time employees and maintain up-to-date supervision records that include administrative, educational, and reflective supervision. Monitor accuracy and timeliness of employee’s documentation. Collaborate with Human Resources on hiring and onboarding of new staff and retention of current staff, performance evaluations, or improvement plans. Collaborate with Program Director on team meeting agenda, grant writing, data collection and reporting, and successful achievement of program and agency outcomes. Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts, and create and maintain relationships with internal and external partners. Have a working knowledge of SMCS programs and services to successfully navigate connections through the family-centered care model and provide outreach to community and families. Maintain a caseload or provide direct service in ratio to number of employees supervised. Adhere to agency policy, procedures, and professional code of ethics. Participate in relevant training opportunities for professional growth and development. Satisfactorily complete any other special assignments as requested by supervisor.
Education and Minimum Qualifications
Two years of related service including supervisory or program management experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field. Spanish language fluency.
