Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work within a team to support approximately 350 users
- In-office position with hybrid (remote/in-office) after requisite training period and approval
- Prioritize and document problems and solutions within an acceptable timeframe
- Quickly respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email, ticketing system, or in person
- Advanced troubleshooting of hardware and software problems
- Configure new computers, peripherals, and software
- Regular and predictable presence at work
- Accept and integrate constructive feedback
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an IT role
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable work experience
- High school diploma required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Windows 10/11
- Ability to communicate issues effectively and confidently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Experience in building/repairing computers
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Up to 5% travel time is possible
