Help Desk Technician (Tier III)

S-E-A, a national forensic engineering firm with over 50 years of experience is seeking to add to our IT team!

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work within a team to support approximately 350 users
• In-office position with hybrid (remote/in-office) after requisite training period and approval
• Prioritize and document problems and solutions within an acceptable timeframe
• Quickly respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email, ticketing system, or in person
• Advanced troubleshooting of hardware and software problems
• Configure new computers, peripherals, and software
• Regular and predictable presence at work
• Accept and integrate constructive feedback

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an IT role
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable work experience
• High school diploma required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Windows 10/11
• Ability to communicate issues effectively and confidently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Experience in building/repairing computers

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Up to 5% travel time is possible
