Pay Rate and Shift Hours: - $19/hr on W2 without benefits
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Mon - Fri
Description:
Location: Gainesville, FL
- 100% Onsite Duration
* Must type at a minimum of 40 wpm
* Nature of Role: Will work in a Call Center environment receiving inbound calls from customers for supply orders or customer support Maintains patient records and verifies accounts Must maintain dept. KPIs Communicates prescription revision requests to clinic support teams Receives and processes new referrals for out of warranty Facilitates equipment replacements Schedules patients annual preventative maintenance Coordinates Customer returns Follows regulations, policies and procedures
Educ. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of one year of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple websites Strong MS Office working knowledge Ability to use good judgement, thinking and reasoning to solve problems Preferred Qualifications 2-3 years of call center experience Associates Degree or equivalent work history Spanish Speaking preferred Data Processing experience
