What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at ServiceMaster Restore?
Looking for a qualified candidate for an Administrative Assistant. This position will be a Part Time Flex position, with the opportunity to go full time. No weekends or overnights. We are looking for someone willing to work 24-35hrs depending on the work load of that week. We are open to flexible schedule.

Core Job Responsibilities
- Manages data entry.
- Daily review of compliance tasks and completed on time.
- Upload photos, and other documents.
- Enter daily notes.
- Prepares correspondence, memos, reports, etc.
- Answers telephone calls, greets visitors.
- Schedule appointments & meetings.
- Captures relevant customer and job information.
- May follow up with customer on work performed.
- May call customers to collect payments.
- Assist with invoicing and collection process.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person, who demonstrates a strong work ethic. Compensation depends on experience . A high attention to detail, and organization is what we are looking for for this role! The ability to work with modern programs and technology is a MUST in this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
