```Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, warm and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our spa team. As the first point of contact for our loyal guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for each client who walks through our doors. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member

- Schedule appointments and guide guests to the appropriate spa treatments

- Retail sales and client consultations

- Input client intake forms, reply to email correspondence and send client thank you notes

Requirements:

- Previous spa experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred

- Strong computer skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor

- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
