Responsibilities
- Administer HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
- Assist in conflict management by addressing employee concerns and facilitating resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records related to employee performance evaluations, training programs, and other HR-related documentation.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an HR role with a strong understanding of recruiting processes and employee relations.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
